Description
The design philosophy underlying the project is to recreate a true abode on the water, hence the name of the line. The DOM concept stems from the idea of a floating domus on the sea—elegant, comfortable, and aesthetically appealing, capable of capturing the eye without being overbearing. The idea, from the outset, was to maintain a domestic feel; hence the great attention paid to the generous interior spaces and to maximizing glazing to create a strong continuity between the interior and exterior. The profile lines are taut, almost sharp, and emphasize the length of the boat through longitudinal cuts from stern to bow that lighten the generous volumes.
